Equity Enhancement Bursaries for Black and Indigenous Students
As part of the Institute of Medical Science’s (IMS) mandate to support initiatives related to equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), and to be a more proactive participant in fostering a diverse and inclusive academic environment, we are annually awarding up to five EDI bursaries (per bursary type) each year to current and prospective IMS students. The purpose of these bursaries is to financially support students from underrepresented groups, specifically those who are Black or Indigenous and economically disadvantaged.
