The IMS Methodology Seminar Series helps students build practical research skills through interactive, peer-led workshops.

Each 2 hour seminar covers topics ranging from dry-lab statistical approaches to foundational and advanced wet-lab techniques. This seminar is open to all students interested in strengthening their understanding of research methodologies.

The IMS Methodology Seminar Series returns this September in collaboration with Trinity College!

Led by Stefan Aguiar, the series features IMS PhD candidates introducing foundational research methods to help undergraduate and new graduate students build confidence and get started in their research. Upper-year IMS students looking for a refresher are also welcome.

  • Sept. 22: Western Blotting
  • Sept. 24: Flow Cytometry or scRNA Sequencing
