Application Process and Timeline

In this time, you must:
Contact potential supervisors. The list of supervisors looking for a SURP 2026 student can be found here.
Secure a supervisor and complete application
Submit a completed application package to the IMS SURP Application portal by February 25, 2026 at 5:00 pm EST using this link here
Application instructions for students can be found on the RHSE website, here
March - April 2026
You supervisor will need to complete Part 2 of the application (PI form). Deadline for supervisors to complete their portion is March 4, 2026 at 5:00pm EST.
You will receive a response on program acceptance, any award results, and a confirmation of enrolment
