Shaghayegh (Feri) is a PhD Candidate in Dr. Nigil Haroon's lab. Her research focuses on gut inflammation in Spondyloarthritis, a type of inflammatory arthritis. She uses mouse models and organoid cultures to investigate the underlying mechanisms linking gut and joint.
