Nayaab is a fifth year PhD candidate in Dr. Michael Fehlings’ lab at UHN's Krembil Research Institute. Her research examines a neuroprotective peptide drug therapy for the treatment of cervical traumatic spinal cord injury. She's a residence don, TA for IMS' Core Course, Program Director for the Peer-to-Peer Mentorship Program and Executive Director for the IMS Magazine.
