These services range from the on-campus Health & Wellness centre, to workshops and events that address specific topics of concern. As a student at the Institute of Medical Science, you have access to a broad range of amenities provided by staff, faculty, and fellow student groups.

The Office of Graduate and Life Sciences Education in the Faculty of Medicine has one dedicated on-location counsellor, available exclusively for GLSE/IMS graduate students. The School of Graduate Studies hosts free wellness workshops just for graduate students. Learn skills to help you cope with stressful situations and the demands of grad student life.
U of T MySSP provides students with immediate and/or ongoing confidential, 24-hour support for any school, health, or general life concern at no cost to you. You can call or chat with a counsellor directly from your phone whenever, wherever you are.

ConnexOntario provides free and confidential health services information for people experiencing problems with alcohol and drugs, mental illness and/or gambling. Funded by the Government of Ontario.
