Population Health and Education
Population health focuses on improving the well-being of communities while reducing health inequities, by addressing the social, environmental, and behavioural factors that shape health. IMS researchers study demographic trends, health behaviours, and the systems influencing population health, while developing innovative education strategies that empower communities with knowledge and tools for long-term well-being.
Through interdisciplinary, impact-driven research, our trainees contribute to work that informs policy, strengthens public health initiatives, and drives meaningful change.
