Research Synopsis

My research expertise has been in the field of psychosocial research with key themes related to Psycho-oncology; Cancer genetics; Cancer populations; Women's mental health; Psychosocial Care; Psychological Instruments; Palliative care and Medical populations. I have research expertise in quantitative methods, intervention design (pilot, phase II and randomized controlled trials) for therapy or behavioral interventions (individual and group models) and in design and validation of psychometric instruments. I also have an interest in psychotherapy research for various populations and have conducted research in Eating Disorders and other populations. I have also designed and evaluated educational interventions or those related to faculty mentorship.
