Research Synopsis:

I lead a program of research at the intersection of respiratory medicine, digital health, and artificial intelligence, focused on improving asthma and COPD care. My work spans the design, implementation, and evaluation of EHR-integrated clinical decision support tools, patient-facing digital and voice-based self-management interventions, and the responsible use of large language models in clinical care. I work closely with clinicians, patients, health systems, and community partners, and supervise students interested in applied AI, health services research, implementation science, and human-centred digital health innovation.
