Douglas Campbell

Research Synopsis

I am currently the Director of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit & Deputy Chief Pediatrics at St. Michael’s Hospital. I am cross-appointed at the Hospital for Sick Children where I work regularly as a Staff Neonatologist. My academic interests include: the use of simulation as a toolkit for healthcare organizations, neonatal jaundice & neonatal nutrition. I am the Medical Director of the Allan Waters Family Simulation Centre at Unity Health Toronto. My academic rank at the University of Toronto is that of an Associate Professor within the Department of Pediatrics. Furthermore, I have been appointed to as an Associate Scientist at the Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute at St. Michael’s Hospital for my academic work in simulation.
