With four extraordinary scientists, this in-person seminar is designed to support and inspire students pursuing careers in science. This session will highlight practical strategies for advocating for yourself and others, navigating academic and professional spaces, and building a more inclusive future in STEM.

In this seminar, we aim to spark thoughtful conversation around the challenges of women in science. We’ll explore how students can advocate for themselves and others in academic and professional settings—equipping future leaders with the confidence, strategies, and support to foster lasting change. Together, we’ll celebrate progress, confront barriers, and build a more inclusive scientific community.
