APRIL 12, 2019

The IMS is hiring work study students for the summer term! Find out more about the positions below.

Project Assistant (3 vacancies)

Job ID: 139465

The Project Assistant(s) will be working on our MSc Alumni tracking projecting. Utilizing the model used by the School of Graduate Studies’ 10,000 PhDs Project, we will be capturing employment data for our MSc graduates over the last eighteen years. This information will help us better understand our MSc Alumni career paths. Working in a small group with other project assistants, you will use Internet searches of open-access data sources such as official university and company websites to determine current and/or first employment status of those who graduated with an MSc from the IMS between 2000 – 2018.

Communications & Administrative Assistant (1 vacancy)

The Communications & Administrative Assistant will provide communications support to the IMS International Program & Partnerships Officer, assisting with website updates, our monthly newsletter (Mailchimp), social media channels (Facebook & Twitter) and undertaking general event and administrative support to the wider IMS staff team.
