IMS Temerty Medicine Connect Coordinator – Job ID 177998
In this role you will assist with the coordination and development of IMS' activities on the Temerty Faculty of Medicine's new networking platform Temerty Medicine Connect (TMC). Key responsibilities include developing the program and training materials for ambassadors as part of the IMS' new TMC Ambassador Program and helping develop a virtual mentorship program through the platform.
International Development Assistant – Job ID 177978
In this role you will assist with tasks that support new international initiatives, particularly related to program and database development. The International Development Assistant provides administrative and project management support to the International Development team. Multilingual speakers preferred.
Curriculum Development Assistant - Job ID 177964 (2 vacancies)
In this role you will assist with ongoing work in building a curriculum database, helping to support the work required to implement some of the recommendations from the curriculum review, assisting with the development of a bio-statistics course, collecting information about external awards for nominating faculty and staff and helping establish a course evaluation process.
