The University of Toronto Student Stem Cell and Research Society is calling for poster submissions for our third annual conference Stem Cells: Frontiers on January 27th, 2018.
We would like to invite graduate students to attend the conference to present a poster about your work. We believe that your attendance would provide our audience with an excellent opportunity to learn more about the field of stem cell research and developmental biology. The poster presentation will take place during the lunch hour where students and conference attendees will have the chance to go around and view the posters to learn more about upcoming stem cell research. The session itself will last around 1 hour, but it is preferred that you arrive early to set up. It will also provide you an opportunity to mingle with other speakers and audience members. Our lineup of speakers includes James Till, one of the co-founders of stem cells, and many other great speakers, who will be touching on the science as well as the ethics behind stem cell research.
We encourage all those who are currently doing stem cell or ethics related research to fill out the attached submission form https://goo.gl/forms/C1PtW5DUXwGW9I2b2 by November 12th @ 11.59pm.
Early submissions are encouraged as we can only accommodate a certain number of poster presentations.
